Census 1930*13 April 1930 He and Dorothy appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Wewoka, Seminole, OK, enumerated 13 April 1930. Their son George, Jr. was listed as living with them. George was a real estate dealer. The family owned their home which was valued at $7200. They had a radio.2 
Census 1940*10 April 1940 In 1940, George and Dorothy were residing at 201 North 12th Street, Calloway, KY. George was employed by the federal government on the TVA project. He worked 48 hours in the prior week, and worked 52 weeks in 1939. He was paid $5000 per year. Both he and Dorothy had completed the third year of college. Their 13 year old son was living with them in a rented house. In 1935 the family had resided in Wilsandam, Colbert, Alabama.3
